Experienced senior counsel Michele Tamburini has a wealth of litigation experience before the Italian and EU courts and arbitral bodies. He advises and assists clients in deals, negotiating and drafting of commercial and real estate contracts and regulatory matters.
Mr. Tamburini was a professor of European Union Law at the State University of Milan, a former director of a post-graduate program on the Management of European Union Funds at the University of Milan and a former judge of the Tax Court of the Region of Lombardy.
