Dmitrij Kalaschnikow joined the firm’s Frankfurt office in 2011 and is a Counsel in the Real Estate Practice Group. He has broad expertise in many complex areas of commercial real estate law. Clients come to Mr. Kalaschnikow for creative and pragmatic solutions to their most important transactions and depend on his clear guidance to help them achieve their business goals.

Commercial Real Estate and Corporate Experience

Mr. Kalaschnikow has extensive experience on all types of real estate transactions (share deal / asset deal / forward deal), including construction and development matters. He has a particular focus on office, retail and residential buildings. He regularly represents clients on all aspects of legal asset and property management matters. Previous matters have included the negotiation of a wide range of commercial lease agreements on behalf of international asset and portfolio managers and of construction and architects agreements. Mr. Kalaschnikow’s experience also includes real estate litigation.

Mr. Kalaschnikow advises German and international investors and multi-asset portfolios. He represents landlords and tenants in office, retail and residential tenancy law. His practice also includes a real estate finance element as he has advised German and international clients on investment transactions.

He attended Justus-Liebig University, Gießen and speaks German, Russian and English.
