Arbitration Practice

Ms. Boscia Montalbano is a partner in the International Arbitration and Commercial Litigation groups and focuses her practice on a wide range of construction and commercial disputes in arbitral proceedings. She has acted as counsel in arbitration proceedings under the Rules of the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC), London Court of International Arbitration (LCIA), Singapore International Arbitration Centre (SIAC), United Nations Commission on International Trade Law (UNCITRAL) and Dubai International Arbitration Centre (DIAC). Ms. Boscia Montalbano’s experience also includes investor-state arbitration disputes.

Litigation Practice

Ms. Boscia Montalbano has experience in the Dubai International Financial Centre (DIFC) courts where she has represented clients in a wide range of disputes. Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Boscia Montalbano worked in New York in the litigation department of a major U.S. law firm where she gained extensive experience in U.S. securities litigation and U.S. antitrust litigation and in Milan, Italy, in the international litigation and arbitration department of a leading Italian law firm.
