Brendan Klaassen advises clients on a wide range of corporate matters, including mergers and acquisitions, where he assists clients in preparing Hart-Scott-Rodino and other regulatory filings, in addition to guiding companies through the U.S. merger clearance process. Mr. Klaassen also advises clients on public company and corporate governance matters, as well as commercial transactions. Additionally, his practice encompasses the structuring and formation of investment funds, regulatory compliance for investment funds and advice to sovereign wealth funds.

Prior to joining Curtis, Mr. Klaassen served as a litigation intern at an environmental non-profit organization.
