Carlos Guerrero is an associate in the firm’s International Arbitration and International Corporate groups.

Mr. Guerrero has experience in international disputes involving sovereign states, state-owned entities, and private companies, including both investor-state and commercial arbitrations. He also has experience in mediation proceedings.

In his corporate practice, Mr. Guerrero advises public and private clients on a broad range of matters, with a particular focus on financial and general commercial transactions.

Mr. Guerrero holds a Law Degree (J.D. equivalent) from ITAM, graduating with honors, and an LL.M. from Harvard Law School, where he was elected LL.M. Class Marshal by his cohort. He is admitted to practice in Mexico and in the State of New York.
