Mr. Davlatov advises on international commercial and investor-State arbitration and on issues of public international law as well as laws and regulations of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
Before joining Curtis, Mr. Davlatov served as legal analyst in the structure of the Presidential Administration of the Republic of Uzbekistan, where he assessed draft laws and contributed to policy papers. He previously gained experience at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Uzbekistan and the International Commercial Arbitration Court at the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the Russian Federation in Moscow.
