Ms. Akimkanova has experience in drafting and translating various legal documents, proposals, client requests. She has participated in a range of negotiations on oil and gas projects and litigation.
Ms. Akimkanova works on assisting and representing various entities at conferences and meetings with foreign and regional partners and politicians, including state officials.
Her experience also includes working on the due diligence of a major gold mining project in Kazakhstan and subsequent dispute settlement with regard to its sale and purchase, as well as other mining projects in Kazakhstan.
