Manuel Lanusse advises on arbitration proceedings involving civil, commercial, financial and antitrust matters and has substantial experience of complex commercial litigation, having regularly represented domestic and international clients in large-scale disputes.

Mr. Lanusse has represented clients in disputes against several distributors in Argentina, and has also advised a number of banks on class actions lawsuits. He has been adjunct associate professor of Contracts Law at the University of Buenos Aires Law School and has published several articles on litigation and bankruptcy law.
