Jacopo Cordiano has a broad-based disputes practice that is focused on commercial litigation, arbitration and dispute resolution, in matters spanning commercial law, construction, corporate law and insurance

Experience

Mr. Cordiano has significant experience advising States, State-owned companies, sovereign wealth funds, investment funds, private and listed company to cross-border and multijurisdictional disputes. 

He has significant experience in the field of construction disputes, over the years having assisted investment funds and construction companies both in active and passive litigation involving projects of hotels, plants and residential areas. 

With regard to corporate litigation, Mr. Cordiano assisted clients in disputes involving conflicts among shareholders, D&O liability claims, and challenges to corporate resolutions.

In the insurance sector Mr. Cordiano has assisted insurance companies, private and listed companies in relation to litigation involving D&O liabilities as well as claims arising from cyber attacks. 

Beyond disputes, Mr. Cordiano advises domestic and foreign companies in out-of-court commercial negotiations and cross-border transactions regarding commercial contracts spanning multiple sectors.
