Arthad Kurlekar is an associate in the International Arbitration group with a practice that focuses on representing states and state-owned entities in complex investor-state arbitrations, international commercial arbitrations and public international law matters.

Mr. Kurlekar has experience in investment and international commercial arbitration proceedings under the rules of the International Centre for Settlement of Investment Disputes (ICSID), United Nations Commission on International Trade Law (UNCITRAL), and the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC). He also has experience in international trade disputes before the World Trade Organisation (WTO). His areas of focus include public international law issues, international trade, law of the sea, law of international organisations and international sanctions.

Prior to joining Curtis, Mr. Kurlekar received a Fellowship to work with the Permanent Court of Arbitration in the Hague, Netherlands.
