Various Curtis attorneys will be participating in the 2026 Annual Meeting of the American Society of International Law (ASIL), which will take place in Washington, D.C. from April 22-25.

Washington, D.C. Managing Partner Claudia Frutos-Peterson is speaking on a panel titled "States as Defendants: Sovereign Immunities and the Global Rule of Law" from 9:00 AM-10:15 AM on Saturday, April 25.
As Vice President of ASIL, Partner Simon Batifort will be attending the conference.
Counsels Odysseas Stergianopoulos and Arthad Kurlekar and Associate Ana Ricci are part of the 2026 Annual Meeting Committee and will also be attending the conference.
Associate Marija Ozolins will be moderating a panel entitled “From State Secrets to Interstate Negotiations: Legal Privilege under International Law” on Friday, April 24 from 5:00 PM-6:15 PM.
