Sorace Francesco

Francesco Sorace is an associate in the International Arbitration group. His practice focuses on representing sovereign states and state-owned entities in international arbitrations and international dispute resolution procedures.

Mr. Sorace’s international arbitration experience includes investment treaty arbitrations and contractual disputes under the rules of the International Centre for Settlement of Investment Disputes (ICSID), the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC), and in ad hoc proceedings under the United Nations Commission on International Trade Law (UNCITRAL) rules. These matters have covered a large variety of fields, including energy (oil and gas, and power projects), mining, and infrastructure projects.

Before joining Curtis, Mr. Sorace trained in the litigation department of a major Italian law firm.
