Odysseas Stergianopoulos is an associate in the International Arbitration and Litigation groups. His practice focuses on investment treaty arbitration, international commercial arbitration, cross-border commercial litigation and public international law disputes.

International Arbitration and Litigation

Mr. Stergianopoulos' arbitration experience includes arbitrations under the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC), the United Nations Commission on International Trade Law (UNCITRAL) Rules, and the International Centre for Settlement of Investment Disputes (ICSID).

Mr. Stergianopoulos has particular experience in the representation of sovereign states and state-owned entities as well as private sector companies across a variety of fields, including banking, oil and gas, construction and infrastructure, and shipping. He also has experience in assisting companies at all stages of growth with general corporate and commercial matters.
