He has worked on complex investor–State and commercial arbitrations (ICSID, UNCITRAL, LCIA) and advises on corporate mandates spanning governance, cross-border investment and regulatory approvals throughout the CIS region.
Mr. Makharamov previously worked in the structure of the Presidential Office of the Republic of Uzbekistan, where he was responsible for legislative analysis and policy development.
Fluent in English, Uzbek, German, Turkish and Russian, he is an integral part of the firm’s Eurasia team.
