An associate in the corporate department of the firm.

Ms. Gatti’s experience is mainly dedicated to the areas of corporate and contract law. In particular, she supports and advises clients on mergers and acquisitions and other corporate transactions with a special focus on venture capital transactions. She has also accrued experience in providing advice to our corporate clients on day-to-day corporate matters, corporate governance and board support, as well as on the drafting, negotiation and management of all kinds of commercial agreements.

Prior to joining Curtis, Ms. Gatti worked for a boutique law firm where she developed experience in advising on judicial and extrajudicial matters, with a focus on high profile civil, commercial and corporate law matters, including commercial contracts and intellectual property rights.
