In addition to assisting with mergers and acquisitions transactions, the Curtis team advises on corporate strategy/structuring work; franchising and licensing issues; and intellectual property matters, including trade mark registration and general strategy. Other commercial experience includes representing food and beverage clients on joint venture agreements, lease review and negotiation; assessment; multi-venue concession agreements; and management agreements for venues.
