2009 Annual Meeting: Cross Border Issues in the Evolving Global Economy

On November 11-13, 2009, partner Jerrold L. Bregman took part in the U.S.-Mexico Bar Association's (USMBA) 2009 Annual Meeting and CLE Conference in San Diego, California. Bregman's panel, which was titled Creative Necessities: Restructuring Tactics in Today's Environment, focused on cross border insolvency issues, UNCITRAL Model Law on cross border insolvency and the fundamentals of Chapter 15 of the U.S. Bankruptcy Code that was enacted in 2005.
