Associate Belén Ibañez will speak on the Fair and Equitable Standard of Treatment at a seminar on “Investment Arbitration: Historic Discussions and Current Trends” (Arbitraje de Inversiones: Discusiones Históricas y Tendencias Actuales), organized by the Universidad de Mendoza and coordinated by Associate Juan Jorge.
