Associate Zeynep Gunday to speak at the ABA's 2018 Annual Conference of the Section of International Law

New York-based associate Zeynep Gunday will serve as a panelist at the American Bar Association’s 2018 Annual Conference of the Section of International Law, taking place on Wednesday, April 18, 2018 in New York City.

Ms. Gunday will speak on a panel entitled “The Usual Suspects? Choosing an arbitrator and eliminating bias in international arbitration,” which will explore the dynamics, pressures and incentives in the arbitrator selection process. The panel is chaired by Douglas Pilawa (Case Western Reserve University), and features Stephen Anway (Squire Patton Boggs), Jennifer Permesly (Skadden Arps), and Anibal Sabater (Chaffetz Lindsey).
