Associates Claudia Hartleben and Fernando Tupa Participate in V Competencia Internacional de Arbitraje Comercial

Associates Claudia Hartleben and Fernando Tupa will participate in the V Competencia Internacional de Arbitraje Comercial at American University Washington College of Law from September 27 to October 1, 2012. The competition, co-organized by the University of Buenos Aires, (Argentina) and the University of El Rosario, (Colombia), aims to promote the study of International Commercial Law and Arbitration as a method of conflict resolution in international business and is conducted in Spanish.

Fernando will be moderating the panel 'Investment Arbitration: Current Trends' and Claudia will be a panelist in a roundtable discussion, 'The Relationship between Arbitral Tribunals and National Courts.' Both will also serve as arbitrators during the hearing rounds on September 28-29.
