Borzu Sabahi and Valerio Salvatori Teach at ICSID/ILI SACE Training in Nairobi

Washington, D.C. partner Borzu Sabahi and Milan counsel Valerio Salvatori spoke at the annual ICSID – ILI SACE Training on Investment Treaties and Arbitration in Nairobi, which took place September 25-29. This program provides in-depth training on ICSID Rules and operations, bilateral investment treaties, investment treaty arbitration, covering matters of jurisdiction, merits, damages and compensation, an overview of latest developments, and mock arbitration. The first part of the program was conducted via Zoom. The second part will take place in November in Nairobi.
