On 29 September 2023, Curtis Partner Borzu Sabahi spoke at a seminar entitled Climate Change and Green Finance in International Development Seminar at the International Law Institute (ILI). The session was titled, "Role of International Investment Treaties and Challenges in Climate Action." Participants included UN Climate Change and government participants from Rwanda, Colombia, India and Kenya.
