Chairman George Kahale Honored in the 2013 Best Law Firm Writers by Burton Awards

Curtis Chairman George Kahale will be honored by the 2013 Burton Awards for Legal Achievement for Distinguished Law Firm Writing. He is being recognized for his article, 'Is Investor-State Arbitration Broken?', published in October 2012 by Transnational Dispute Management. Mr. Kahale will receive the award at a special dinner on June 3 at the Library of Congress.

The Burton Awards were established in 2000 to honor 'the greatest achievements in law' with a special emphasis on writing and reform. The winners are selected by a prestigious panel of law school professors and judges.
