Chairman George Kahale's Remarks Featured in Global Arbitration Review

Chairman George Kahale was quoted at length this week on his views on ICSID arbitration rules in an article by key arbitration publication Global Arbitration Review entitled 'Does ICSID need an overhaul ?' The remarks were made during a panel discussion on annulment in ICSID arbitration at a GAR Live Americas event in New York on September 19, 2012 .
