Partner Charles Howland will speak at two upcoming conferences that focus on current issues in environmental and energy law. On April 4, 2019, he will speak on “Requirements for ‘Repealing’ Regulations at the Federal Level” at the Pennsylvania Bar Institute’s Environmental Law Forum, in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania.
