Claudia Frutos-Peterson speaks at Columbia University Law School's Executive Training on Investment Treaties and Arbitration for Government Officials

On Wednesday, August 8, 2018, Washington, D.C. partner Claudia Frutos-Peterson will speak at the Executive Training on Investment Treaties and Arbitration for Government Officials. Ms. Frutos-Peterson will present two afternoon seminars, “Briefing and Motions Practice: Issues that arise during the briefing process,” and “Pre-Hearing and Hearing.”

This is the fourth consecutive year Ms. Frutos-Peterson has participated in the program, which is hosted by Columbia University Law School and organized by the Columbia Center on Sustainable Investment. The program is an intensive course providing instruction for governments around the world facing complex and pressing issues relating to their international investment treaties. Participants include government officials from approximately 20 countries from Europe, Asia, Australia and South Africa.
