Claudia Frutos-Peterson Speaks at Mumbai Centre for International Arbitration’s India ADR Week

Washington, D.C. Managing Partner Claudia Frutos-Peterson will participate in a panel discussion at India ADR Week 2021, hosted by the Mumbai Centre for International Arbitration.

The panel, entitled, “ICSID Arbitration: Opportunities, Concerns and Alternatives,” features co-panelists Meg Kinnear (Secretary General, ICSID) and Jan Paulsson (Independent Arbitrator), and will take place on April 7 at 8:30 am EST.
