Claudia Frutos-Peterson Speaks at the first International Arbitration Symposium in Honduras

Claudia Frutos-Peterson, Managing Partner of the Washington DC office, will participate as a speaker in a two-day symposium on International Arbitration organized by the Honduran Bar Association (CAH) together with the Spanish and Ibero-American Arbitration Club (CEIA), Spanish Arbitration Club, the Ibero-American Arbitration Center (CIAR) and Lexincorp - Central American Law Firm.

Ms. Frutos-Peterson will speak on Panel II: The choice of the Arbitral Tribunal, its impact on the outcome of the dispute and the inherent powers of the Arbitral Tribunals.

The symposium aims to strengthen the training of arbitrators of the Conciliation and Arbitration Center of the Honduran Bar Association, in addition to its incorporation into the CIAR.
