Claudia Frutos-Peterson to Moderate Panel at Latin Lawyer and GAR Live: Arbitration Summit 2022

Claudia Frutos-Peterson will moderate a panel entitled "Governance and arbitration" at Latin Lawyer and GAR Live: Arbitration Summit on May 25, 2022.

Claudia and other panelists will address the intensified scrutiny of corporate conduct and investment behaviours in the wake of the COVID-19 outbreak, and the need to reconsider the corporate role of stakeholders, shareholders and citizens in connection with good governance in the context of corporate settings as well as in the context of arbitral proceedings involving the public interest. They will also discuss certain key aspects that market players should consider and the increasingly important role of good governance in the arbitration landscape.
