Claudia Frutos-Peterson, managing partner of Washington, D.C. office, will be speaking on a panel at the Permanent Court of Arbitration's (PCA) conference.
Dr. Frutos-Peterson's panel will discuss current issues on intentional contractual disputes in the Latin American region. The whole conference is celebrating the 125th anniversary of the PCA and the 5th anniversary of their Buenos Aires office.
The conference is taking place on Wednesday, October 9.
