Claudia Frutos-Peterson, Washington DC-based partner in international arbitration, will participate as one of five international attorneys leading the discussion on international commercial arbitration matters at this year's New York International Arbitration Center’s Grand Central Forum.
The conference, which is being held at the NYIAC’s headquarters on the evening of May 18, 2016, will focus on the topic of the U.S. culture of international commercial arbitration. The keynote address will be given by Gary Born of Wilmer Hale. Mr. Born will address issues regarding grounds for award annulments and enforcement, and discuss criticisms against investor-state arbitration.
