Last week, Counsel Beth Kerwin spoke at the New York State Bar Association’s 2024 Annual Meeting for the Trust and Estates Law Section.

Ms. Kerwin’s presentation topic was “Globe-Trotting Trust Funds: Planning for Families on the Move,” which focused on dynasty trust planning for international, high-net-worth families. Curtis associate Samuel Dangremond and partner from Hodgson Russ, Catherine Eberl, co-authored the presentation outline
