Counsel Mohannad El Murtadi Suleiman has published an article titled “AI and Deepfakes in International Arbitration: Is Seeing Really No Longer Believing?” in the newsletter Alternatives to the High Cost of Litigation, published by the International Institute for Conflict Prevention and Resolution in New York.
Mr. El Murtadi's article, which appears in the November issue of Alternatives, discusses the risk of deepfakes in international arbitration and their impact on long-established norms and assumptions regarding the authenticity of evidence in international proceedings.
