Current International Tax Opportunities

Marco Blanco participated in a tax seminar hosted by the Chartered Institute of Taxation's (CIOT) Isle of Man chapter. He discussed how certain popular tax jurisdictions recognize, categorize and treat Trust structures for tax purposes; the tax planning opportunities that are available to professionals operating overseas structures; and tax treaties and their use in international tax planning.
