Curtis advised Prime Global Energies, a leading player in Pakistan’s oil and gas sector, on its acquisition of minority stakes in two offshore licences in Cameroon and Namibia.

Through this acquisition, UK-based Prime Global Energies is taking on a 42.5% non-operated interest in the Thali licence for $15 million. The sum will be in the form of a cash contribution into the Thali work, including drilling of a well in 2025.

The deal was led by Partner, Marc Hammerson and assisted by trainee, Seb Fender.
