These include the appointments of Ms. Daniela Della Rosa and Mr. Giovanni A. Sagramoso as new corporate partners and of Ms. Francesca Orlando as new tax counsel.
Ms. Daniela Della Rosa is an international corporate lawyer who has worked in Italy, the U.S. and Belgium. Specialized in fashion law and primarily known for her work in the luxury and premium brand space, she advises private equity funds and international premium brands on M&A and commercial transactions, multi-channel distribution, consumer and IP protection as well as technology partnerships in Italy, the U.S. and internationally. Ms Della Rosa previously held top general counsel roles at international brands such as Gucci and Levi Strauss and currently serves as an advisor and Board member for several private and publicly traded companies.
Mr. Giovanni A. Sagramoso has broad experience encompassing commercial, corporate and financial law, including M&A transactions as well as commercial and securities litigation. He has an impressive track record working with Italian, EU and U.S. clients in the fashion and luxury, real estate, and alternative energy sectors. Mr. Sagramoso also advises financial intermediaries on corporate and regulatory issues and serves as Board member for private companies and as member of Supervisory Boards for financial intermediaries.
Ms. Francesca Orlando has wide experience in international taxation, including transfer pricing matters, abuse of law, real estate, financial transactions, corporate reorganizations and VAT. She also provides assistance on tax audits as well as tax litigations before the Supreme Court and Tax Courts. Prior to joining Curtis, Ms. Orlando provided a comprehensive range of tax advisory services for top-ranking domestic and international groups, as well as banks, insurance and pharmaceutical companies.
