Curtis Chairman George Kahale Delivers the Inaugural Lecture on International Business Law at Brooklyn Law School

Curtis Chairman George Kahale III delivered the inaugural Lecture on International Business Law at Brooklyn Law School's Dennis J. Block Center for the Study of International Business Law on Tuesday, April 3, 2018. The lecture was entitled, "ISDS: The Wild, Wild West of International Law."

Mr. Kahale spoke about his experiences in ISDS and discussed issues put forth in his paper, “Rethinking ISDS,” published by Transnational Dispute Management earlier this year. Following the lecture, Robert Howse (Lloyd C. Nelson Professor of International Law, NYU School of Law) provided comments, and moderator Julian Arato (Associate Professor of Law and Co-Director, Dennis J. Block Center for the Study of International Business Law, Brooklyn Law School) facilitated questions from the audience.
