Curtis Chairman George Kahale III will present a lecture on “ISDS: The Wild, Wild West of International Law” at Brooklyn Law School on Tuesday, April 3 at 6:30pm. The lecture, hosted by the Dennis J. Block Center for the Study of International Business Law, will include a discussion of Mr. Kahale’s experiences in ISDS as well as examine issues put forth in his paper, “Rethinking ISDS,” which was published by Transnational Dispute Management earlier this year.
Mr. Kahale will be joined by discussant Robert Howse (Lloyd C. Nelson Professor of International Law, NYU School of Law), and moderator Julian Arato (Associate Professor of Law and Co-Director, Dennis J. Block Center for the Study of International Business Law, Brooklyn Law School).
