Curtis Senior Consultant Dêlidji Eric Degila Welcomes H.E. Dr. Julius Maada Bio, President of Sierra Leone, to the Geneva Graduate Institute

Curtis Senior Consultant, Professor Dêlidji Eric Degila, welcomed H.E. Dr. Julius Maada Bio, President of the Republic of Sierra Leone and Immediate Past Chairman of the ECOWAS Authority of Heads of State and Government, to the Geneva Graduate Institute on 13 October.

The event, titled “Building Lasting Peace in Africa: The Catalytic Role of ECOWAS,” featured a keynote lecture by H.E. Dr. Julius Maada Bio on the future of regional cooperation and collective security in Africa, with a particular emphasis on rule of law. Following the lecture, H.E. Dr. Julius Maada Bio continued the conversation with Professor Dêlidji Eric Degila and Professor Stephanie Hofmann, both of the Institute. A discussion with students concluded the event.
