Curtis Hosts Seminar on Pitfalls in International Arbitration

Yesterday, February 2, Curtis was pleased to host a breakfast seminar at the Oman Commercial Arbitration Centre on Pitfalls in International Arbitration.

Topics of discussion included practical ways to avoid common issues in multi-tiered dispute resolution clauses, choice of seat, selection of arbitrators, bringing claims under multiple contracts, privilege, party-appointed experts, and witness testimony.
