Curtis' Litigation Group Gains Victory

The Litigation Group represented Mark Nordlicht, founder and former Chairman of Optionable, Inc., in a class action securities litigation. On September 15, 2008, Judge Kaplan of the Southern District of New York granted the defendants' (including Mark Nordlicht's) motion to dismiss.
