Curtis London, led by Eero Rautalahti, has acted as the lead transaction counsel in the IPO of Ekspress Grupp, an Estonian publishing company operating in the Baltic States. The transaction comprised a public offering under the EU Prospectus Directive and a private placement to European institutional investors. The Firm's client Suprema Securities was the Global Coordinator and Bookrunner for the offering which was eight times over-subscribed.
