Curtis Paris hosts roundtable for IBA Privilege Project

Curtis’ Paris office hosted a roundtable as part of the IBA Privilege Project, which addressed the draft IBA Guidelines on Privilege and Attorney Secrecy in International Arbitration. Counsel and arbitrators from diverse jurisdictions discussed the draft IBA Guidelines which are designed to be the first internationally recognized legal framework establishing rules for resolving disputes over privilege in international arbitration.

Managing partner of Curtis’ Washington, D.C. office Claudia Frutos-Peterson and associate Marija Ozolins are working on the IBA Privilege Project and also participated in the roundtable, as well as hosting it.
