Milan, Italy – February 6, 2023 – Curtis is pleased to announce the elevation of experienced corporate international lawyer Paolo Cocchini to partner in its Milan office. The appointment is effective January 1, 2023.
Mr. Paolo Cocchini is a dynamic corporate lawyer who is highly regarded in the Italian and other European markets for his domestic and cross-border merger and acquisition and private equity transactions. Mr. Cocchini regularly advises on joint ventures and general corporate matters, both in structuring and disputes. He has also represented clients in a range of complex acquisitions and projects, both in structuring and disputes, drawing on his experience in negotiating in major cross-border transactions. His advising experience covers significant multinational corporations in cross-border corporate and commercial transactions. He is particularly recognized for his constructive approach.
Mr. Cocchini has been a lecturer in a company law for several years at Business School24, the educational organization formerly owned by Il Sole 24 Ore, the most prominent Italian financial newspaper. Mr. Cocchini is admitted in Italy, holds a Bachelor in Law from Università Luiss Guido Carli and a Master of Laws Degree from Sole 24 Ore Business School.
Mr. Cocchini’s promotion as Partner in Milan reflects Curtis’ commitment to its thriving Italian practice.
