Eduardo A. Cukier Co-Chairs Panel at the ABA 9th Annual U.S.-Latin America Tax Planning Strategies Conference in Miami

Eduardo Cukier co-chaired a panel titled “Headlines and Tax Returns: Questionable Expenses, Fictitious Invoices, and the Obligations of the Tax Professional” at the 9^th Annual U.S.-Latin America Tax Planning Strategies Conference from June 8-10 in Miami, Florida, held by the American Bar Association.

The panel addressed tax matters relating to payments made in connection with antitrust, environmental, and banking litigation settlements as well as fines and penalties incurred under several circumstances.

Mr. Cukier spoke alongside tax professionals from Argentina, Brazil, Chile, Colombia, Switzerland, and the United States.
