On May 23, 2012, Eduardo Cukier took part in the 17th Annual BNA/CITE Latin America Tax Update in Coral Gables, Florida. His panel addressed tax planning of stock and asset purchases and dispositions, post-deal integration and holding company structures in connection with mergers and acquisitions involving Latin America.
