Partners Elisa Botero and Fernando Tupa will speak at the XVI International Congress of Arbitration, organized by the Peruvian Institute of Arbitration in Lima, Peru.

On November 23rd, Elisa Botero will speak in a panel on “The lessons learned during the COVID-19 pandemic” at the XVI International Congress of Arbitration.

On November 25th, Fernando Tupa will participate on a panel about “The never ending story: conflicts of interest in international arbitration: which standards must apply to independent arbitrators, arbitrators-counsel and ‘transnational’ lawyers?”
