Partner Elisa Botero participated in a panel on the present and the future of international arbitration as part of a kickoff event of the National and International Arbitration Summit in Colombia, which took place on September 29, 2022, at the Chamber of Commerce of Bogota. During the panel, Ms. Botero assessed the current status of investment arbitrations involving Colombia. She also discussed the future of investment arbitration considering the recent update of the ICSID Arbitration Rules (2022) and the current development of UNCITRAL Working Group III. The program was organized by Red Juvenil de Arbitraje and the Chamber of Commerce of Bogota.
