Partner Elisa Botero spoke on a panel on “Perspectives on International Investment Arbitration: Trends and Insights” as part of the X International Investment Arbitration Competition, organized by the Center on International Arbitration of American University, Washington College of Law and the Universidad Externado de Colombia on March 27, 2023.

Ms. Botero and her co-panelists discussed topics including regulatory chill and environmental issues in light of recent investment claims.
