Fernando Tupa to Speak at the Abbreviated Course on ICC Arbitration

Partner Fernando Tupa will speak on a panel titled “Arbitral Awards and Judicial Challenges,” at the Abbreviated Course on ICC Arbitration in Buenos Aires, Argentina on November 23, 2018. Organized jointly by the ICC International Court of Arbitration and ICC Argentina, this conference will focus on the various phases of arbitral proceedings and is to be taught by Argentine and foreign arbitration specialists. Mr. Tupa’s co-panelist for this session will be Guido Tawil.
